Ma femme et moi avons été recommandés cet hôtel, et dès notre arrivée, il a dépassé toutes nos attentes. L’accueil que nous avons reçu était tout simplement charmant, avec un verre qui nous attendait lors de l’enregistrement et un personnel merveilleux et chaleureux. Notre chambre était splendide, avec une vue panoramique magnifique sur la mer et les piscines, ainsi qu’une chambre et une salle de bain impeccables.
Les zones autour de la piscine et de la plage étaient impeccables, avec plusieurs piscines au choix. Le bar de la piscine, qui était mon endroit préféré chaque jour, était parfait.
Les restaurants et les bars étaient TOUS fantastiques, offrant une grande variété de choix. Merci pour votre hospitalité.

Pobyt w hotelu był naprawdę udany! Za tę cenę otrzymaliśmy bardzo dobrą jakość. Jedzenie smaczne i różnorodne – każdego dnia coś innego, dzięki czemu nie było monotonii. Obsługa miła, pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, co jest dużym plusem. Świetna lokalizacja – blisko do plaży i sklepów, wszystko pod ręką.
Z minusów – leżaków zdecydowanie za mało jak na tak duży hotel. Rano większość już była zajęta, co bywało frustrujące. Warto też wspomnieć, że hotel współpracuje z sąsiednim Mare Hotelem, który ma swój drink bar na plaży, z którego można korzystać – ale niestety nikt z obsługi o tym nie informuje, co jest trochę dziwne.
Mimo tych drobnych niedogodności, pobyt oceniam bardzo pozytywnie i z przyjemnością wróciłbym ponownie.

Wczasy zakupione w firmie ITAKA. Hotel pomimo , że nie jest najnowocześniejszy to spełnił oczekiwania. Pokój sprzątany codziennie , co dzień wymiana ręczników. Recepcja czynna całą dobę , personel bardzo pomocny . Basen może niezbyt duży ale i tak większość czasu spędzaliśmy na plaży. Jedno powiedzmy utrudnienie które można zlikwidować od ręki to naprawić windę w budynku głównym aby łatwiej było wywieźć bagaże na 3 piętro. Bar przy basenie , leżaki – choć mogłoby być więcej. Wyżywienie w tawernie po drugiej stronie ulicy . My z naszego balkonu mieliśmy piękny widok na morze , miasteczko . Polecam

Nous revenons tout juste de deux semaines en formule tout compris, et quel endroit fabuleux ! Par où commencer…
Du moment où nous sommes arrivés jusqu’au jour de notre départ, nous avons été traités comme des rois par tout le personnel. À commencer par Fotini à la réception (qui a été géniale), ainsi que tout le personnel des bars, des restaurants et du service de ménage, qui étaient tous fantastiques.
La nourriture était excellente dans tous les restaurants que nous avons fréquentés, y compris ceux spécialisés. Nous avons séjourné dans une suite, et quelle belle suite, avec une vue fabuleuse sur la mer, la piscine et les environs.

The hotel and its facilities were outstanding. We were particularly impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, especially Mr. Maria (the hotel’s general manager). My husband, our two boys, and I had a fantastic time. We enjoyed the all-inclusive package that included many food options and snacks, as well as unlimited drink options.
My boys had a fabulous time in the pool. We also had a wonderful, spacious suite with a lovely garden. This stay was truly remarkable, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Modern and spacious rooms were great and our room had a nice sea view. There is a good choice of restaurants, bars, drinks and snacks as part of the all inclusive package, and the well equipped gym is good. Nice pools and surrounding greenery. An enjoyable stay.

To już druga wizyta w tym hotelu:-) W dalszym ciągu polecam…w tym roku nawet fajniejszy pokój się trafił mimo, że był na 3cim piętrze. Sąsiedzi Jola i Marian:-) lepiej nie dało się trafić:-) Jeżeli chodzi o wyżywienie to dodałem komentarz bezpośrednio w ocenie restauracji… tu dodam tylko tyle, że było lux:-) Dziwią mnie komentarze, że np. nie mieli gdzie grać w pim ponga:-) hmmm chyba pomylili miejsca…, bo tu nawet nie byłoby czasu na takie coś…(tu nie polskie morze…, że zimno i pada). Albo, że basen za mały… Można było iść do drugiego hotelu i skorzystać:-) albo, że przy plaży nie było All:-) trzeba było się dowiedzieć gdzie można było skorzystać….

La nourriture était excellente dans tous les restaurants que nous avons fréquentés, y compris les restaurants spécialisés. Nous avons séjourné dans une suite, et quelle belle expérience ! Une superbe vue sur la mer, la piscine et les environs.

We recently returned from our holiday and had an absolutely fantastic time. The hotel has just been freshly renovated, and it shows. The room we stayed in was spacious and perfect for four people, offering comfort and a great atmosphere.
The food at the hotel was delicious, and the cleanliness throughout the entire property was impeccable. There was plenty of space at the pool, so no need to rush early to reserve chairs, which was a huge plus for us.
The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to the reception team – Margaret who were always attentive and friendly.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation spot.

I had a fantastic stay ! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home.

Mój pobyt w tym hotelu był naprawdę wyjątkowy! Obsługa była bardzo uprzejma, pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Pokój był czysty, przestronny i wygodny, a łóżko zapewniało doskonały wypoczynek po całym dniu zwiedzania.

Notre deuxième visite dans ce magnifique hôtel, et une fois de plus, nous n’avons pas été déçus. Dès notre arrivée, où le personnel adorable nous a reconnus, jusqu’à notre départ, tout a été incroyable. Un grand merci à tout le personnel du bar, que ce soit au bord de la piscine ou dans le bar principal, si sympathique et travailleur, en particulier Andreas qui connaissait notre commande de cocktails habituelle et était tellement agréable. Le personnel du restaurant était également très dévoué et attentif. Le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner étaient excellents.
Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

We stayed for 7 nights when we arrived in Crete, but we were really impressed with the place. Starting with the parking, it was underground and easy to find, making it convenient for the rooms above. Our room was spacious and cozy, with plenty of coffee and tea. The bathroom was clean and practical. The bed was comfy, and we loved the big covered balcony or patio. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Crete.

Je suis rentrée hier de Crète avec ma famille. C’était des vacances inoubliables. Cet hôtel était fantastique et tout le monde l’a adoré. Du personnel charmant, aux incroyables choix de nourriture et de boissons, en passant par l’ambiance générale ! La nourriture en particulier était exceptionnelle, avec beaucoup de choix, et la majorité des plats étaient cuisinés devant nous ! Mon petit ami est assez difficile en matière de nourriture, mais il se sentait à l’aise chaque matin/soir pour demander que son plat soit personnalisé selon ses besoins, et cela n’a jamais posé problème.
Il y a un monsieur très sympathique autour de la piscine principale qui ramasse les verres. Il était super amical et gardait la piscine principale impeccablement propre et bien rangée. Toujours un sourire sur le visage ☺️
Dans l’ensemble, un séjour fantastique ! On a adoré chaque minute !!

Hôtel calme et moderne situé directement dans le village de Georgioupolis. Les suites sont de taille généreuse, et le personnel, notamment à la réception, est très serviable et accommodant ! La petite boutique de produits à emporter est parfaite si vous arrivez tard. La zone de la piscine était fantastique, exactement ce qu’il nous fallait.

Just returned from Summer Beach in Crete, it was our first holiday village experience having only a 2 year old, and it was fantastic!
The food was delicious with such a huge variety, comparable to our holiday in a 4*hotel in Spain. The drinks were not as varied, however I don’t agree with some of the other reviews that they’re terrible – they’re all inclusive drinks, expect this and you won’t go far wrong.
The entertainment team were fantastic, so hardworking and enthusiastic team. DJ party every Wednesday it was amazing too. The hotel is spot
less and the staff work around the clock to ensure everyone has the best stay.
We will absolutely return, keep being amazing Summer Beach hotel !!

Un charmant hôtel idéalement situé à proximité des commerces et des bons restaurants. Le personnel est très amical et arrangeant. La bouteille d’eau offerte est très appréciée. La chambre est propre et le lit très confortable. La douche est de bonne taille. J’ai passé 3 nuits ici et ai apprécié chaque moment. Je reviendrai certainement ici la prochaine fois que je serai de retour.
